ICUIIMail's services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions contained herein. By creating an account, you are agreeing to adhere to the terms and conditions of this document.

USER PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. Neither ICUIIMail nor its associates will be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of third party access of your account.

We cannot guarantee the security of email transmissions to or from networks outside ICUIIMail.

We make every effort to preserve user privacy, but the ICUIIMail administraion reserves the right to, at our discretion, monitor incoming and outgoing messages for adherence to these terms and conditions.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which our services are offered at any time. You will be notified via your ICUIIMail inbox any time these are altered, but you should check this document for changes periodically.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of ICUIIMail, you may not use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as we deem necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to alter, remove, or retain any information as we deem it.

Materials being submitted to ICUIIMail in any manner may be subject to posted limitations on usage and/or dissemination.

Accounts which appear to be involved in the distribution of unsolicited bulk email may be frozen or deleted at our discretion.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

ICUIIMail will not be held responsible for any damages incurred as a result of your use of services or application of information contained on our servers.

ICUIIMail has no control of the content of emails you receive. You should SCAN EVERY INCOMING ATTACHMENT FOR VIRUS CONTAMINATION or other harmful content before executing it. Under no circumstances will ICUIIMail be responsible for damages resulting from third party data on our servers.

STORAGE SPACE AND OTHER LIMITATIONS

Currently, all accounts have a 1.5 MegaByte per account limit on information stored on our servers. This includes, but may not be limited to, emails, folder information, filters and block lists, and email metadata. Any information exceeding this limit may be deleted at ICUIIMail's discretion. We are not responsible for liability for the deletion, corruption, or failure to store any messages stored or transmitted using our services.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

ICUIIMail can and will terminate accounts under certain conditions. These conditions include but are not limited to extended inactivity (30 days or more) or use not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
